Corporate Travel Agent - Bilingual Korean
You are a Hospitality or Customer Service professional bilingual in Korean and English.
This position pays: $20 to $22 per hour
Location: Carmel, IN Onsite
What you will be doing:
- Make reservations/modify/cancel (hotel, car, shuttle)
- Meet and greet travelers to distribute hotels keys, rental car keys and check head count
- Negotiate with vendors
- Intake of VOC, requests, comments and reflect them to improve service
- Provide general customer service
- Drive to Kokomo office to report status, intake and resolve VOCs and visit vendors
- Collection and maintain documents and assist in month end closing
- Performs other related duties as assigned
What you bring:
- English and Korea bilingual strongly preferred (all of clients are Korean speaking)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as required for optimum customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and other team members.
- Ability to make decisions based on information available.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions within specified time frames.
- Possession of intermediate to advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
- Experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to Train
